Copyright Troll Richard N. Bell steals play from porn trolls…gets screwed!

Photographer / Attorney Richard N. Bell

Attorney and Photographer Richard N. Bell decided it was a good idea to take a play from the porno trolls playbook to try to extract money from unsuspecting victims for copyright infringement…turns out that wasn’t such a good idea..

“Attorney and Professional Photographer Richard Bell of McCordsville, IN Sues Seventy-Three Defendants in Two Separate Complaints Filed in the Southern District of Indiana Alleging Copyright Infringement”

Basically this jack-ass ( my opinion) filed 2 lawsuits, naming many defendants, mush like the porn trolls , because he was to cheap to pay the filing fee for each “defendant”, so right off the bat it appears that Richard N. Bell was “playing the system” figuring he could file once and collect settlements from a good portion of those named, before it went the distance..however, as I have stated many times before you simply can’t trust these assholes to state the true facts. Just because some douche-bag says that you infringed doesn’t always make it so, but since they run their scam using fear, most people are likely to cave in and pay something. IN this case one of the defendants never copied the image, but was named in the suit, it took this dick-head 22 months to admit that this person did not infringe. During that 22 months the defendant spent a large amount of cash in attorneys fees, and well the court decided it was none other than Richard N. Bell that needed to pay those fees, a total of $33,974.65!

Richard N. Bell should be thankful that he wasn’t counter-sued as well, as that would have set the stage for a very happy ending!
